After the success of the flat selections on this site the 2009 jump selections are now available to purchase.

I have not entered the competition myself as only enter the Flat but my 10 ten to follow advised to those who purchased the above were:-

1, Well Chief
One of my all time favourites as readers of this website will be well aware, Arkle winner, dual champion chase runner up, won victor chandler at Cheltenham off wealter burden and despite the injurys is only just short of his peak so as such has to be one of the main dangers in all the 2m chases this season.

2, Starluck,
Though probably not champion hurdle material should be a player in all the top 2m hurdle races on tight tracks which would bring in Kemptons christmas hurdle and Aintree toward the end of season, travels well in his races and thought would win the triumph before finding hill to much-though in fairness form of two in front  that day looks strong.

3, Racing Demon
Really looking forward to the return of the demon this year, has so much natural ability and on his day is a match for anyone bar Kauto Star and Denman, ideal trip still an unknown as looks like he wants 3m+ on many occassions but when is given that office does not seem to stay, Peterborough Chase followed by normal King George route is likely plan and then I would imagine another crack at the Ryanair would be on the cards-though he does not operate round Cheltenham in my opinion.

4, Karabak
One of last seasons top novices and hoping the stayers route will be his domain this year, looked a stayer in the making and could be one of just a few who could challenge Big Bucks now the french wonder horse Kasbah Bliss is unlikely to been seen again over hurdles which may I just state is a huge shame.

5, Tidal Bay
Perhaps is now the "forgotten horse" but bags of ability and had a wind operation over the summer so could come back better than ever, I have no problems with him staying 3m +, its just his jumping that is hindering him, but if it clicks its a huge threat to all.

6, Calgary Bay
Top novice last season, albeit dissapointing to a point-especially in Arkle, has the natural ability to go to top of the jumping ranks in the next few years and is a superb jumper of fences- will be a stayer in the making and may even be tried over 3m this season.

7, Whiteoak-Retired!
Another forgotten horse in a way as she would have been a hot fancy for last years mares hurdle had connections not switched for an ambitous attempt at the Champion Hurdle for which she was a 16/1 shot.
I would imagine campaign would be headed toward the mares race this season and must go there with a live chance.

8, Albertas Run
Needs good ground to perform to a top standard but should pick up a few races over 2m 4-3m when getting favoured ground conditions.

9, Voy Por Ustedes
Top class chaser, former Arkle and Queen Mother winner and will probably try to recoup last years losses in the Ryanair.

10, Binocular
Out For Season after recent Sandown win-read more in News.
